We have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our list to those wishing to register with the practice.
Patient safety is of paramount importance and we believe, currently, that additional patients would
jeopardise our ability to provide safe care for our registered patients, or to carry out our contractual obligations to meet our patients’ core clinical needs.
This does not include first-degree relatives in the same household of patients currently registered with the practice, or new-born babies of registered mothers.
If you require assistance with registering, please call the GP Allocation Team / Coastal West Sussex CCG on 01903 708585.
Change of Address
Please inform the receptionist if you change your name, marital status, address or telephone number so that we can keep our records accurate.
Please note: If you move address, please check with the surgery that you are still within the practice boundary.
If you are on repeat medication, please bring a printout from your previous surgery when you register. You can be issued with one month of your medication but will then need to see a doctor before you are issued with a repeat prescription. Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be prepared (longer if you want it to be sent to a pharmacy).
Access for The Disabled
We are fully equipped with facilities for the disabled with access ramps, wide doors and a toilet.
